Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage and oversee the organization's human resource functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, statutory compliance, training and development, employee engagement, and overall workforce management.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage HR operations effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree / MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- 5–12 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management.
- Working knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.




- Experience in handling employee records, HR documentation, and HR reporting.
- Experience in managing and coordinating with employees across different levels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
