- Manage end-to-end recruitment & manpower planning
- Handle onboarding, induction, transfers & exits
- Employee relations & grievance handling
- Payroll, attendance & leave coordination
- Labour law & statutory compliance
- Performance management & appraisals
- Training & employee engagement
- HR MIS & reporting
- HR policy implementation & workforce planning
Preferred Background:
✅ Automobile / Automotive
✅ Automobile Dealership
✅ Service Centre / Workshop
✅ Robust HR Generalist experience
Key: Candidate should be comfortable travelling between Boisar & Malad as required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
