About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to manage the complete HR function for our healthcare/hospital vertical. The role will be responsible for HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement and HR process implementation.

Candidates with prior experience in hospitals, healthcare, diagnostics, clinics or other healthcare organisations will have an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

- Manage end-to-end HR operations from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
- Ensure timely issuance and maintenance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, transfers and other HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee movements and HRIS updates.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs in line with organisational requirements.

Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, administrative and support functions.
- Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop manpower plans and ensure timely closure of critical positions.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for healthcare-specific roles.

Healthcare / Hospital HR
- Manage HR requirements for doctors, nurses, technicians, front-office teams, administration, housekeeping, support staff and other hospital functions.




- Understand and support staffing requirements based on hospital operations and shift requirements.
- Coordinate employee deployment, shift requirements and manpower availability with department heads.
- Support initiatives related to employee discipline, skilled conduct and workplace standards.
- Coordinate relevant employee training and awareness programmes.

Payroll & Compensation
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, new joiners and exits.
- Work closely with Finance/Accounts to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support salary reviews, increments, promotions and compensation-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information.

Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition and retention initiatives.
- Conduct employee interactions and feedback sessions to identify workplace concerns.
- Promote a professional, inclusive and employee-friendly work culture.

Performance Management & Development
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
- Work with managers to establish performance expectations and development plans.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Support leadership and employee development initiatives.

Compliance & HR Governance




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and authorities whenever required.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance requirements across the organisation.
- Support internal and external HR audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree with MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll Coordination and Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Good working knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and work closely with senior management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.

Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in hospital / healthcare / diagnostics / medical services is preferred.
- Exposure to managing large and diverse healthcare workforces will be an advantage.
- Experience handling clinical and non-clinical manpower will be an added advantage.
- Experience with hospital-specific staffing, shift management and employee engagement will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
