Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager – Recruitment with 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. The candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Handle recruitment across various levels, including junior, middle, senior management, and critical positions.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per agreed hiring timelines.
- Review and approve job descriptions and candidate profiles in coordination with hiring managers.
- Screen, shortlist, interview, and evaluate candidates where required.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks, salary negotiations, and offer management.

Sourcing via Job Portals:

- Develop multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, social media, campus hiring, and professional networks.
- Build talent pools for critical and recurring positions.
- Explore cutting-edge sourcing methods to improve candidate quality and reduce hiring costs.

Recruitment Agency Management:





- Identify, evaluate, and manage recruitment consultants and staffing agencies.
- Monitor agency performance and maintain a preferred recruitment partner network.
- Ensure effective utilization of external recruitment agencies.

Process & Compliance:

- Establish and continuously improve recruitment processes and SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and approval processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with at least some experience managing a recruitment team.
- Proven experience handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
