HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage and strengthen the complete Human Resources function of our organization.

The HR Manager will be responsible for HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, HR policies, training and development, employee engagement, disciplinary procedures, and HR reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, labour-law compliance, documentation, employee management, and the ability to work closely with management and project/site teams.

· Employee Exit & Full & Final Settlement

· Construction / Site HR Management

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.

· MBA / PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Experience

· 8–12 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.

· Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure,



engineering or a project-based organization will be preferred.

· Candidates with strong HR operations and statutory-compliance experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
