PLANT HR MANAGER
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Hingna MIDC, Nagpur
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations at plant
- Manage labour relations, workforce discipline & employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act & labour laws
- Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & Contract Labour compliance
- Liaise with Pollution Control Board
- Coordinate with government authorities, inspections & audits
- Manage staffing, attendance, payroll coordination & contract labour
- Maintain a safe, compliant & productive work environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing / steel casting / heavy industry
- Robust knowledge of labour matters & statutory compliance
- Experience with Pollution Control Board compliance
- Strong people management & conflict resolution skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
