HR MANAGER – MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

Location:** Nagpur

Salary:** ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience:** Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave & employee records.
- Ensure HR statutory compliance and maintain necessary documentation.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters & conflict resolution.
- Handle labour liaisoning and coordinate with labour-related authorities.
- Supervise canteen services and employee welfare activities.
- Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS and other required documentation.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Payroll, Compliance & Labour Laws.
- Good communication and employee-handling skills.
- Experience in manufacturing/plant HR will be preferred.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and labour-related matters independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
