HR Manager – Neofair Salons

Neofair Salons is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to build a strong team, manage employee needs, and support the growth of our salon business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong salon team
- Handle employee attendance, performance, and HR records
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Manage HR policies, discipline, and workplace concerns
- Support training and professional development
- Work closely with management on HR and staffing requirements

Requirements
- Experience in HR management or recruitment
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee relations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Previous experience in the salon, beauty, retail, or service industry is an advantage
