We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can independently manage and execute the complete hiring process for our digital marketing sales team. The candidate should have proven experience in recruiting sales professionals and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end recruitment for the sales team, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire Business Development Executives, Sales Executives, Telecallers and Sales Managers.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure timely recruitment.
- Manage employee onboarding, attendance, HR documentation and basic HR operations.




- Coordinate with management to plan and execute sales team expansion.

Requirements
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Proven experience in hiring sales and business development teams.
- Solid knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently execute recruitment targets and build a sales team.
