Farz Academy is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and support our growing academic and operational teams.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for building efficient HR processes, attracting the right talent, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day people operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational processes
- Manage employee attendance, leave, documentation, payroll coordination, and HR records
- Conduct performance reviews and support KPI/KRA-based performance management
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally
- Plan employee engagement, retention, training, and development initiatives
- Coordinate recruitment and engagement of academic faculty, administrative staff, marketing, sales, IT, and other teams
- Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to management
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment policies and statutory requirements
- Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and expansion initiatives




- Build a professional, accountable, collaborative, and performance-driven workplace culture

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- Relevant experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee operations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms and HR processes
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities in a growing organization
- Experience in the education, EdTech, healthcare, or training sector will be an advantage
