Profile: HR Manager-Beverages-Surat-6 LPA
Experience: 3–5 years in HR operations
Salary Range: 35k to 50k
Roles
- Handle statutory compliance under Shops & Establishment Act
- Manage PF, ESI registrations, filings, returns & audits
- Maintain statutory registers, records & compliance calendar
- Coordinate with labor consultants & government authorities
- Oversee monthly payroll processing & validations
- Handle F&F; settlements, gratuity & bonus payouts
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs & employee handbook
- Manage onboarding documentation & exit formalities
- Handle employee grievances & disciplinary matters
- Ensure HR processes are audit-ready at all times
Qualification
- MBA in HR (Preferrable)
- Labor law / compliance certification (is a plus)
