About the Role
Active Designer is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage the complete HR function, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling recruitment requirements, HR operations, payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Primary Responsibility
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring positions.
2. Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee records, HR documentation, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate statutory compliance requirements with relevant consultants/teams.
- Maintain HR MIS and employee-related reports.
3. Performance Management
- Coordinate the performance appraisal and PMS process.
- Support KRAs/KPIs, appraisal cycles, performance reviews,
and documentation.
- Work with managers to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
5. Office Administration
- Coordinate general office administration and employee facilities.
- Manage office-related documentation, vendors, and administrative requirements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with solid recruitment exposure.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, PMS, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and HR responsibilities.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS/HR tools.
What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is recruitment-focused, proactive, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the complete HR function.
Candidates with strong hands-on recruitment experience and the ability to close positions within timelines will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
