Long Description Job Summary To direct, supervise and co-ordinate generalist HR activities within the HR function and assist leaders with relevant HR projects, programs and ongoing people related matters.

Job Responsibilities • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

- Manage complex employee relations casework including disciplinarians, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
- Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure that HR issued are identified and addressed.
- Play a significant part in understanding and improving employee engagement, female diversity and Kuwaitization initiatives.
- Execute the annual non-managerial & managerial performance management process.
- Execute the annual salary increment and bonus for non-managerial.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training & development programs.




- Expediting completion of centralized HR processes such as 360, engagement, performance management objectives and appraisals etc.
- Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
- Support the annual talent review cycle and succession plans.

Candidate Requirements Skills: Excellent writing skills; able to communicate with others; ability to solve problems; solid public speaking; negotiation skills influencing skills and executive presence. Knowledge of and experience in HR policies, practices and procedures.

Education: Bachelor's degree

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years relevant to HR generalist experience.
