Nextus Global Services is seeking an experienced HR Lead to oversee all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. As the HR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes to attract top talent, conducting performance evaluations, resolving employee disputes, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.

The HR Lead will also collaborate with management to address staffing needs and support organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strategic and proactive approach to HR management.
