We are hiring for the largest conglomerate of the Nation.

Role : HR Key Projects

Location : Wadala, Mumbai

Working Days : 2nd & 4th Sat Working

Working Mode : WFO

Experience Required : 2-5 Years ole Purpose

We are looking for a high-energy and analytically strong HR professional to work on high-impact special projects and strategic HR initiatives. The role will work across different areas of HR, with an initial focus on HR policy revamp, early career talent management for stores, workforce initiatives, and other priority projects.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving new problems, working with data, and taking projects from concept through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Policies & Process Improvement

- Support the review and revamp of HR policies, including benchmarking, stakeholder inputs, data analysis, and implementation.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing HR processes and employee experiences.
- Create presentations, policy documents, dashboards, and communication material for key initiatives.

2. Early Career Talent Management

- Support the design and execution of the early career talent strategy for stores, including identification, development, engagement, and progression of young talent.
- Track talent metrics and program effectiveness and recommend interventions based on insights.
- Partner with business and HR teams to ensure consistent execution across locations.

3. HR Analytics & Insights

- Analyse HR data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support decision-making.
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and management reports.




- Convert data into explicit, actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders.

4. HR Special Projects

- Drive and support cross-functional HR projects aligned with evolving business and people priorities.
- Structure ambiguous problem statements, conduct research and analysis, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely execution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to HR projects, talent management, HR analytics, HRBP, policy/process design, or related areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, including comfort with data analysis, pivots, lookups, and large datasets.
- Strong PowerPoint and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently structure and drive projects while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- High ownership, curiosity, and comfort working on new and relatively unstructured problem statements.
- Experience in retail, consumer businesses, consulting, or organisations with a large frontline workforce would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

What We’re Looking For Someone who is analytical, curious, hands-on and execution-oriented. The person should be equally comfortable spending time on Excel analysing a problem, speaking to stakeholders to understand what is happening on the ground, and converting those insights into a practical HR solution.
