HR Intern –
Location: Gurgaon – Sector 32
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in bulk hiring and recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Support the onboarding process and other HR activities.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Requirements
- Learning attitude and willingness to develop HR/recruitment skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
