Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute to core HR functions while gaining hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, people-centric workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).
2. Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
3. Maintain HR records and update employee databases.
4. Coordinate with teams for training and development initiatives.




5. Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and engagement activities.
6. Provide support in compliance and documentation processes.
7. Contribute to employee engagement programs and internal events.

Requirements

1. Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
4. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
5. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
