About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and primarily support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role will provide hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and the overall hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate assignments, feedback,



and next steps with candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and upcoming positions.
- Support the HR team with offer coordination and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Assist with basic onboarding and other HR activities whenever required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls and messages.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
