Looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Head to build and strengthen the organisation's people practices as the company scales.

This role will have a solid emphasis on building a high-performance culture, employee engagement, performance management, and people processes from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a startup, scale-up, mid-sized manufacturing, consumer durables, D2C, or consumer-focused organisation, where they have independently built HR frameworks rather than only managing established processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Partner closely with the COO and business leadership to develop and execute the overall people strategy.

· Oversee core HR processes including policies, employee lifecycle management, HR systems and compliance.

· Build scalable HR processes aligned with the organisation's growth stage.





· Independently identify culture and engagement gaps and drive corrective initiatives without requiring constant leadership direction.

· Build and institutionalise the organisation's culture from the ground up by defining and driving culture-building initiatives aligned with Company's values and business objectives.

· Develop employee engagement frameworks, communication mechanisms and engagement initiatives thus building a strong employee experience across functions and levels.

· Design and implement a structured Performance Management System (PMS) from scratch.

· Establish KRAs, KPIs, goal-setting frameworks and performance review cycles.

· Partner with managers to improve performance management capability.

· Support organisational restructuring and change-management initiatives as the business evolves.

· Build processes around performance improvement, promotions, career progression
