Position: HR GCC / International Recruitment Experience: 5+ Years Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR – GCC / International Recruitment professional to lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our GCC and international hiring requirements.

The role will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, build talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of critical and senior-level positions across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities & Required Experience

- Manage end-to-end GCC and international recruitment across multiple functions, roles and geographies, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, documentation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, global job portals, recruitment platforms, recruitment partners, professional networks and other hiring tools.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, niche and senior-level positions, with a focus on hiring Indian talent for international/GCC locations.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, manage expectations and drive timely hiring closures.
- Ensure adherence to country-specific employment laws, recruitment compliances, immigration, visa/work permit requirements and statutory mandates.
- Coordinate with HR, Legal,



Immigration teams and external recruitment partners to ensure smooth and compliant international hiring.
- Maintain a strong understanding of GCC hiring practices, international recruitment processes and country-specific employment requirements.
- Manage multiple roles and recruitment requirements across different geographies while ensuring quality, speed and compliance.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide market intelligence on talent availability, hiring trends, sourcing effectiveness and market conditions.
- Demonstrate robust stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using contemporary recruitment tools, ATS platforms, sourcing tools, job portals and digital hiring solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, International Recruitment or GCC Recruitment, with proven experience managing end-to-end international hiring.

What We Are Looking For
- A hands-on international recruiter who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Indian talent being hired across international/GCC locations.
- The candidate should be proficient with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms and, importantly, should have practical knowledge of international recruitment compliance, country-specific employment requirements, immigration/visa processes and statutory hiring mandates.
