Vardaan HR Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The HR Executive will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance to employees on various HR-related matters.

The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of labor laws and best practices in human resources.
