Profile: HR Executive
Experience
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with mandatory prior exposure to the Textile Mill / Textile Industry
Roles:
- Manage recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
- Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
- Coordinate with consultants for PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and statutory compliance
- Maintain HR, salary, and attendance reports in Excel
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR activities
- Coordinate with management for manpower requirements
- Maintain HR documentation and statutory records
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and protocols
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
- Mandatory experience in a Textile Mill / Textile Industry
