We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive/Intern to join our team in Pune. The candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction process
- Coordinate with different departments for HR activities
- Assist in payroll and attendance tracking (if required)
- policy making

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Freshers can apply (for internship role)
