Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive – Recruitment & Administration to manage talent acquisition (focusing on hospitality & blue-collar roles) and support daily HR administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing to onboarding) with a focus on blue-collar, hospitality, and resort staffing (chefs, therapists, service staff).

Mass Hiring: Conduct bulk hiring drives and campus recruitments as needed.

HR Operations: Handle employee documentation, joining formalities, and attendance records.

Stakeholder Coordination:



Liaise with resort department heads to fulfill urgent property staffing requirements.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 5 years of HR recruitment experience (hospitality, resort, or wellness hiring mandatory).

Specialized Experience: Prior experience in bulk hiring/campus drives is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.

Key Job Details

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO per week)

Working Pattern: 6-day working

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
