Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment & Admin (Fresher)

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can handle recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and basic administrative tasks. The candidate should be able to manage day-to-day HR activities, support employees, and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance,



and HR files
- Handle basic admin work (office coordination, vendor follow-ups, etc.)
- Assist in simple accounting tasks (data entry, expense tracking, coordination with accounts team)
- Address and resolve employee queries and issues
- Support HR policies implementation and office discipline
- Coordinate with management for hiring and HR requirements

Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Fresher or 1–2 years experience in HR / Admin
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and responsible with a problem-solving approach

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in hiring for technical roles (added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of payroll or attendance systems
- Familiarity with HR software/tools
