Qualification:-

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
- MBA in Human Resource Management preferred

Experience:-

- Minimum 1+ year of HR experience
- Experience in the jewellery retail industry preferred
- Must have experience in field recruitment, store hiring, and candidate sourcing

Salary-₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Preferred Gender-Male / Female

Preferred Age-Below 30 years

Job Responsibilities:-

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for showroom and corporate positions.
- Conduct field recruitment, walk-in drives, job fairs, and campus hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Complete joining formalities, employee documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
