HR Executive
:We are looking for an HR Executive who can manage various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Pay: ₹11,036.68 - ₹33,165.67 per month
