Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage payroll, perks, and compliance with labour laws.
- Handle performance management, training, and career development initiatives.
- Maintain employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Prepare HR reports and advise management on workforce planning.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
