Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience, preferably in the retail industry, to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records
- Provide support for payroll processing and salary-related activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR matters
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth employee administration
- Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry
- Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational and coordination skills

Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
