TeckLearn is seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and coordinating interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation and training sessions




- Oversee employee relations and address any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to employees
- Coordinate employee benefits and leave management programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of talent management initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
