We are looking for a responsible and approachable Grievance Officer to handle employee grievances, concerns, and workplace issues. The candidate will be responsible for receiving complaints, coordinating with relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining confidentiality throughout the grievance process.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and acknowledge employee grievances and complaints.
- Listen to employee concerns and understand the issues objectively.
- Investigate grievances by collecting relevant information and facts.
- Coordinate with HR, Production, Administration, and other departments for resolution.
- Ensure grievances are addressed fairly and within the defined timeline.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of all grievances and resolutions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Follow company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labour laws.
- Identify recurring employee issues and highlight them to management.
- Support employee communication and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Conduct regular employee interaction sessions to understand workplace concerns.
- Prepare grievance reports and submit updates to HR/management.
- Follow up with employees to confirm that grievances have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Personnel Management will be an added advantage.
Experience 1–4 years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Personnel, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
