The HR Executive/HR Assistant Manager at KAPS TATA will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. They will assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. - Assist in recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews
