. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand and analyse job requirements received from clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee references, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, qualification and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist relevant profiles and share them with the recruitment team/client.
- Maintain an updated candidate database.
