About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience who has hands-on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Generalist Role. The candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment activities, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.




- Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Maintain employee master data and HR records.
- Support full & final settlement and employee exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other employee-related reports.
- Ensure timely completion of routine HR documentation and processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, employee documentation, and HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of PF & ESIC.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
