Key Responsibilities HR &

- Recruitment Source and contact candidates for different job openings. Make regular recruitment calls and conduct initial candidate screening. Explain job opportunities and invite suitable candidates for interviews. Schedule interviews and follow up to improve interview attendance. Coordinate the recruitment and joining process. Maintain candidate and employee records. Update recruitment information in Excel, Google Sheets and internal systems.

Student

Counselling &

- Admissions Handle incoming student enquiries and make follow-up calls. Understand a student’s interests and career requirements. Explain relevant courses and career opportunities. Invite prospective students for counselling sessions. Follow up with students and parents. Assist the counselling team in converting genuine enquiries into admissions. Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records. AI &
- TechnologyWe are particularly interested in someone who is curious about AI and technology . The candidate should have basic familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT or similar AI applications and should be willing to learn:
