HR Executive – Leadership Hiring | Noida

We are hiring an HR Executive – Leadership hiring with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment , particularly for senior-level, leadership, and critical positions .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment from sourcing to joining .
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and databases .
- Handle senior, leadership, niche, and critical hiring requirements.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, stability, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, manage offers, and ensure smooth joining.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.
- Maintain candidate trackers, databases, recruitment MIS, and hiring reports.
- Ensure regular candidate engagement and strong offer-to-joining conversion.
- Manage multiple positions while meeting recruitment timelines.

Mandatory Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR – Mandatory




- 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience
- Proven experience in senior-level/leadership hiring
- Robust hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels
- Experience in a reputed MNC, large corporate, or structured recruitment environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work from Noida
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period preferred

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in a structured MNC or large corporate recruitment environment, along with proven exposure to senior and leadership hiring , will be preferred.
