Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Male HR Recruiter to join our team in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements




- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in recruitment/HR preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Dehradun.
