Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience to manage core HR functions. The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with staff across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee documentation, attendance, and HR records.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR activities.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and official communications.




- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of HR documentation and policies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
