Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing roles (SEO, social media, design, content, performance marketing)
- Post jobs, source candidates, screen, and coordinate interviews
- Handle onboarding, offer letters, and other HR documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave, and support payroll inputs
- Plan employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture
- Manage performance reviews, exit formalities, and HR policy compliance

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate
