Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (employers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in HR Executive & Recruiter role or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition principles, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
