Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
- Support recruitment, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments and academies regarding staffing and manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee documentation, attendance and leave records.
- Assist in employee counselling, grievance handling and performance-related matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures and organisational guidelines.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
- Support employee engagement, training and other HR initiatives.
- Handle HR-related communication with employees and management in a professional manner.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline.




- Prior experience in HR/recruitment will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
- Willingness to work in a residential educational campus setting.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR may also be considered.
