Roles &
- Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for IT positions.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support other HR-related activities as required.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates.
- Manage multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidates with relevant IT recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
