1 Extensive experience in HR work, such as Recruitment, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies
- Ability to make key strategic decisions for the company and delegate tasks to the HR department as per their priority
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- Oversee employee recruitment process, wage settlements, and dismissals
- Collaborate with the department heads to manage the company’s HR policies following a fixed system
- Assist the HR department in the company’s recruiting process and employee compensation
- Maintain all statutory and liaisons up to date
