HR Compliance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Compliance Executive responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining employee records, and coordinating HR-related compliance activities as per applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable labour laws.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payment of contributions.
- Maintain compliance records, registers, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments and external consultants for compliance-related matters.
- Support labour law audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Track changes in labour laws and ensure implementation of applicable requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR compliance MIS and reports.




- Coordinate with payroll team for statutory deductions and compliance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records as per statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents and records for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma in HR, Labour Laws, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Compliance / Statutory Compliance.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and labour laws.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month, depending on experience and skills. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
