Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain high standards of quality control by monitoring inventory levels, reporting issues promptly, and addressing guest complaints.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in housekeeping management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of soft services such as laundry, linen supply chain management, pest control systems etc. .
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
