Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately.

- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.

- Explain menu items and assist guests with their selections.

- Ensure tables are properly arranged and maintained.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.

- Check guest satisfaction during the meal.

- Explicit and clean tables after guests finish dining.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant/service area.

- Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform the supervisor when required.

- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

- Follow company rules, attendance requirements, grooming standards, and workplace discipline.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
