Job Title: Hotel Manager

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

We are hiring an experienced Hotel Manager for our property in Indore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hotel operations, guest relations, team management, and overall property administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day hotel operations
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other departments
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns
- Manage staff scheduling, discipline, training, and performance
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, inventory, and operational reports
- Maintain hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Coordinate with sales and reservation teams to improve business performance
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:





- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- 4–6 years of relevant hospitality experience
- Prior experience in a managerial/supervisory hotel role preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and guest service
- Knowledge of PMS and MS Office preferred
