Hotel Manager
Loop by Zolo
Own the property. Build the team. Create a stay people want to experience again.
Offered CTC: 7 LPA - 9 LPA
Why this role exists
Loop by Zolo is building a new-age hostel experience for young travellers — bringing together comfortable stays, social experiences, community, and dependable hospitality.
In a hostel, guests don't experience the property only through their room or bed.
They experience it through the energy of the property, the people they meet, the cleanliness of shared spaces, the responsiveness of the team, the food and social spaces, and the experiences created during their stay.
As Loop scales, the challenge is not simply running hostels — it is ensuring that every property delivers the same combination of strong operations, vibrant guest experience, community, and business performance.
This role exists to ensure that each Loop property operates as a well-controlled, high-performing business unit while still feeling social, welcoming, and alive.
If the General Manager / Hostel Manager is strong, the property runs smoothly, guests engage, teams perform, and the business delivers.
If the General Manager / Hostel Manager is weak, service becomes inconsistent, the property loses energy, costs leak, reviews decline, and the guest experience suffers.
Your mandate is clear
- Own the Loop property end-to-end as a business unit
- Deliver a consistently clean, safe, social, and high-quality guest experience
- Create an environment where guests want to interact, participate, and return
- Build and lead a strong, accountable property team
- Enforce operational discipline without making the property experience rigid
- Handle escalations and high-pressure situations with control
- Drive occupancy, revenue, control costs, and protect profitability
This is not a property supervision role. It is full ownership of the property, the guest experience, the community, and its business outcomes. About Zolo and Loop by Zolo
