HOTEL & CAFÉ MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel & Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property in Kasol.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall hotel and café operations
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including housekeeping and café team
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, bookings and guest queries
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage daily café operations, service and customer experience
- Monitor inventory, supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and property standards
- Handle daily cash collection and basic accounts
- Coordinate with online booking platforms and manage reservations
- Prepare daily sales/occupancy reports
- Ensure smooth functioning of the property and staff discipline

Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in hotel, resort, café or hospitality management preferred
- Solid communication and people-management skills
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day operations
- Hospitality/Hotel Management background preferred
- Experience with OTA platforms and hotel software is an advantage
- Candidates willing to live and work in Kasol preferred
