Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain discipline among students through regular checks on their behavior and enforcement of rules.

- Oversee maintenance tasks such as cleanliness, repairs, and upkeep of hostel facilities.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement in hostel operations.

- Ensure smooth functioning of hostels by supervising daily activities, attending to student needs, and addressing concerns.

- Male Hostel Superintendent – Boys’ Hostel

Eligibility & Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hostel administration, hostel management, student affairs, or a related field.

- Candidate must be willing to reside in the hostel premises as part of the job responsibilities.

- Positive communication and student-interaction skills.

- Responsible for maintaining discipline, safety, cleanliness, and a positive hostel environment.

- Ability to handle day-to-day hostel administration and student-related matters.

- Energetic, responsible, disciplined, and enthusiastic personality.

- Ability to guide, supervise, and support hostel residents.
